How much do you charge for shipping?
UK shipping is free on all orders. International shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the product(s), starting at £10 and reaching a maximum of £400 for the largest and heaviest orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on the items in the order. Some products, like original paintings, merchandise and some prints are available for dispatch within 1-3 working days. Any products that the artist has to order in before dispatching to the customer will take longer, i.e canvas prints and giclée prints. Expected shipping times can be found on these individual product pages.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Unfortunately the new GPSR regulations that came into place at the end of 2024 restricts which products can be sold to the EU and Northern Ireland. All products (except for original paintings) currently cannot be sold and shipped to these countries. Apologies for any inconvenience, hopefully these rules will change soon.
What is your returns policy?
Please email emilia.symis@gmail.com if you have received a damaged or defective product (please include a photograph). An exchange can then be processed via email. Please note that items cannot be returned and refunded. If you want to see any of the products in person (particularly original paintings) before purchasing, then please contact Emilia directly to organise a studio visit.
I want to order a specific size or type of print that isn't listed on your shop, is it possible to still order this?
